Rollins Hosts Warner To Begin Long Home Stand.

 The Rollins Tars will start a busy thanksgiving week as they play for the first of three consecutive days on Monday when they host former Assistant Coach Sean Hanrahan and his Warner Royals on Monday night. Tip time is set for 7 PM and you can catch all the action on 91.5 FM WPRK Winter Park and also on RollinsSports.com with Jim "Shooter" Ferro and Robert Segal on the call. 

 Rollins (3-1 0-1 SSC) is coming off a 79-71 loss to Palm Beach Atlantic on Saturday. The Tars were led by 15 points and six assists from Dayton Gumm, while they also got 13 points each from Kyle Marion and Cody Potter, as Hutton Yenor added nine. The Tars struggled shooting the ball, shooting at a 37 percent clip from the field and 33 percent from the 3-point line. They were also out rebounded 49-38 in the contest. 

 The Tars are scoring 82.8 points per game, while they allow 74.5. They shoot 47 percent from the field and 40 percent from the 3-point line. They have been out rebounded by nearly five boards per contest (44.3-39.5.) 

 Rollins has four players averaging in double figures paced by Kyle Marion at 20.3 points per contest, Hutton Yenor puts up 13 points per night, Dayton Gumm averages 11.3 per contest, and Cody Potter scores 10.5 per game. Brooks Cluxton leads the team on the glass at 9.5 per night. Gumm is the top assist getter with 17 on the young season. 

 The Royals (6-1) are riding a three game win streak, the most recent being a 84-81 win over Saint Thomas on Saturday. Blaire Darling led three Royals in double figures pouring in a game high 27, while Joseph Martz had 17, and Darryl Mercer added 16. Warner shot 59 percent from the field, 42 percent from the 3-point line, and 92 percent (12-13) at the free throw line. They had 14 assists and 14 turnovers as a team. 

 Mercer leads the Royals averaging 17.8 points per game, Darling puts up 14.9, Joseph Martz scores 12.9 per contest, and Logan West tallies 12.1 per night.
