Rollins battles #4 NSU Saturday.

 The Rollins Tars will host the fourth ranked Sharks of Nova Southeastern on Saturday at Warden Arena. You can catch all the action on 91.5 FM WPRK Winter Park and worldwide on RollinsSports.com with Jim "Shooter" Ferro and Robert Siegel on the call. 

 Rollins (7-7 2-4 SSC) is coming off of a 81-60 loss to Lynn last time out. The Tars only had eight players dress for that game and were led by 35 points from Kyle Marion. They shot 35 percent from the field, 36 percent (9-25) from the 3-point line, and 65 percent (11-17) from the free throw line. The Tars average 78.7 points per game while they allow 79.6 per contest. They shoot 48 percent from the field and 38 percent from the 3-point line as a team. They also shoot 75 percent from the free throw line and are being out rebounded by 2.4 boards per night (34.8-37.2.) Marion leads the season box score netting 18.9 points per game, Hutton Yenor gets 17.8 per night, while Brooks Cluxton adds 10.2 points and a team leading 8.5 rebounds per game. Marion also leads the team in assists with a total of 50 in 14 contests. 

 The Sharks (13-0 7-0 SSC) will be playing just there third true road game of the season. Last time out they were a 89-72 winner over Lynn. RJ Sunahara led four Sharks in double figures with 21 points, Eddie Puisis added 18, Sekou Sylaa netted netted 17, and Nick Smith scored 16. They shot 50 percent from the field, 40 percent (8-20) from the 3-point line, and 68 percent (13-19) from the free throw line. NSU's high powered offense averages 100.2 points per game, while they give up 77.8 per night. They shoot 51 percent from the field, 33 percent from the 3-point line, and 75 percent from the free throw line. The Sharks out rebound the opposition by 2.8 (38.0-35.2 per night.) Sylla leads the team in scoring at 23.8 points per game, Sunahara gets 20.2 per night, Puisis scores 12.6 per contest, while Nick smith gets 10.3 per game. Sylla leads the team in rebounding getting 9.9 boards per contest, while Smith dishes out 7.9 assists per contest.
