Rollins Travels To Miami Shores To Battle Barry Saturday.

 The Rollins College Tars (3-4 0-2 SSC) head to Miami Shores to battle the Barry University Buccaneers (3-2 1-1 SSC) on Saturday. You can catch all of the action on the Sunshine State Digital Network at SunshineStateConference.TV and on 91.5 FM WPRK Winter Park with Jim "Shooter" Ferro and Robert Siegel on the call. Tip off is scheduled for Noon at the Barry Sport and Health Center.

 Rollins has not played in a week. Last time out they dropped a 94-93 dogfight against Flagler inside Warden Arena that featured 21 ties and 30 lead changes. Hutton Yenor poured in 34 points, while Kyle Marion tallied 17. The Tars score 83.4 points per game on the season while they give up 81.7 points per night. They shoot 49.5 percent from the field and 46.7 percent from the 3-point line. They also shoot at a 70.5 percent clip at the free throw line. The Tars out-rebound the opposition 34.3-33.1 boards per contest. Yenor averages 21.4 points per game while Marion gets 12.4 per contest. On the glass Yenor leads the way grabbing 5.4 rebounds per contest. Marion leads the team in assists with just over four per night. 

Barry is coming off an 86-85 win over Florida Southern last time out. Nick Anderson led four Barry players in double figures with 19, Malik Stanley scored 14, Amari Haynes netted 12, and OT Delancy chipped in 10. Barry averages 81.8 points per game while they give up 73.2 per night. They shoot 41.7 percent from the field, 35 percent from the 3-point line, and 70.6 percent at the free throw line. The Buccaneers are out-rebounding the opposition by five boards per game (41.4-36.4) rebounds per night. Anderson leads the team in scoring at 13.4 points per game, Jarron Williams gets 12.7 per night, James Montgomery tallies 11.2 per game, and Stanley gets 11 per night.
